Our Business Apartment has modern and at the same time very practical facilities. Like all of our apartments, the Business Apartment is fully equipped and boasts a comfy double bed and separate bathroom. The Business Apartment is designed for a single person but can also be booked for two. In this case we make a small surcharge for the second person. With around 21 square metres, the Business Apartment offers plenty of space and is ideal for short trips to Munich or for business travellers. Our Comfort Apartment is that little bit more spacious with its 31 square metres. Like all of our apartments, the Comfort Apartment has a comfy double bed and a separate bathroom with shower. The furnishings and equipment are upscale, stylish and modern. The Comfort Apartment also has a flat screen TV to make your stay in Munich complete and promises a relaxing evening. Guests also have their own wardrobe and safe. You are also welcome to book the apartment for two people. In this case we make a small surcharge for the second person. Prices for the Comfort Apartment start at 89 euros. Please note that here again, prices vary during trade fairs and the Oktoberfest.

Our nearly 40 square metre Superior Apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Apart from the modern, top class furnishings, including a comfy double bed, wardrobe and flat screen TV, guests also get to enjoy the special living room feeling – which really does make them feel like they are in an apartment and not a hotel room. You can treat yourself to a certain degree of luxury in our Superior Apartment from only 109 euros a night. Please note that here again, prices vary during trade fairs and the Oktoberfest. If the apartment is occupied by two people, we charge and extra 20 euros a night.
